Encumbrance Certificate

Description

Encumbrance Certificates, generally referred to as an EC, is a certificate of assurance on past property transactions, like mortgages or pending loans.

An EC is required to ensure that the property has a free title and is free from all the dues.

Process

  1. Please send us the complete details of the property.

  2. Once the property details have been received by our team we will go ahead and apply for the encumbrance certificate.

  3. The encumbrance certificate generally takes 3 to 5 business days to be processed from the date of the application.

  4. Once the encumbrance certificate is received by our team, A scanned copy will be immediately emailed to you and the hard copy will be posted to your address.

Sale Deed copy (with clear schedule of property description)
