REGISTER SALE DEED

Sale deed completes transfer of ownership, based on the terms and conditions expressly agreed to. Generally signed by the seller, buyer and two witnesses, a sale deed is a crucial document while buying, transferring or selling a property.

 

Buyer has to pay stamp duty and registration fee to execute a sale deed.

REGISTER SALE AGREEMENT

A sale agreement is a promise of a future transfer of property or ownership. A sale agreement may contain certain pre-conditions which will have to be fulfilled before conclusion of purchase.

AGREEMENT

REGISTER PARTITION
AGREEMENT

When joint owners of a property decide to part ways, they execute a ‘partition deed’. A partition deed may also be executed to create a clear division of shares in an existing property. Once a partition deed is signed by all joint owners, each share becomes an independent entity and each such entity gets a new title. Parties involved in the partition will have to pay stamp duty and registration charge.

For a partition deed to be legally valid, it must be mandatorily registered.
